Birthday Bash

I celebrated my birthday yesterday. It was not a big celebration and I was tired because I was not able to sleep the night of the 13th (read earlier post). But no sleep and night creepies did not stop me from enjoying myself. I was finally able to celebrate my birthday at home after 6 years. SIX YEARS! Hahahahaha can you imagine? That long... So here are pictures of the food that we had yesterday. Don't expect too much. The only expensive food we had was the curacha (large crabs).

Curacha: Father and Son? I think.

I ate half of the big one. My stomach hurt afterward. So stuffed...

All in all, we had the morning's scrabbled eggs (we started the celebration around lunch time), pinakbet, fried fish, curacha, rice, 3-in-1 ice cream and cake. And then my Dad made a concoction out of water and fruits like water melon, oranges and calamansi. I was scared to have a taste at first but after a glass, it was alright. It was the best drink I ever had. Thanks Dad!

Dad's concoction

It was indeed a fun day. I'm looking forward to the next one and I hope, I really hope, we would finally be together - all four of us.
